Dawn has had a lifelong love of music—singing in school, church, and community choirs since she was a young girl. She considers it a blessing and privilege to serve in the music ministry at 7th. She prepares and directs the Senior Choir, Chime Choir, Youth Choirs, and Children’s Chorus as they seek to lead the congregation in worshiping our great God—recognizing that He alone should receive the honor and glory. She thoroughly enjoys working with the wonderful choir members and takes special delight in preparing the children for their musical participation in worship, as well. Dawn works with the Senior minister to coordinate the Choir’s music for the worship services, and assists in leading the evening song service. She has been married to her husband and best friend, Steve, since 1991 and God has blessed them with four wonderful children who also happen to love music! She would like to encourage anyone who wishes to present a musical offering of worship to God. By God’s grace we are able to praise Him with lip, voice, heart, and hands. It is her prayer that God would use the choirs and musicians to bless the congregation. Above all, it is her desire that God would be glorified and praised by the worship of His people.
