In Zechariah 13:1-2, the prophet saw a fountain opened for the cleansing of the house of David and Jerusalem from their idolatry. In holy baptism, we see a beautiful picture of cleansing which represents the cleaning from sin by those who are washed in the blood of the lamb. Listen as Pastor Paul van Engelenhoven preaches on the picture of baptism, the power of Christ’s cleansing blood, and the power of the Spirit’s cleansing work.
“On that day there shall be a fountain opened for the house of David and the inhabitants of Jerusalem, to cleanse them from sin and uncleanness.”
