In 1 Corinthians 3:1-4, the apostle Paul tells the Corinthian church they need to keep growing in the Lord rather than conforming to their culture. Pastor Bessett preaches when we have the righteousness of Christ imputed to us and have been forgiven of all our sins, we must put on the mind of Christ and practice self-denial. We must not become stagnant in our spiritual growth and maturity.
